Payment provider

We use PayFast (Primary) as our primary payment gateway. All transactions are processed through their secure hosted checkout — your card details never touch our servers.

Visa Mastercard Instant EFT (Ozow) SnapScan Mobicred

Billing cycle

Monthly or annual subscriptions. Invoices issued in ZAR (VAT inclusive where applicable).

Failed payments

Failed renewals trigger an automated retry within 48 hours and email notification. Service may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment.

Security & compliance

PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processing — card data never stored on our servers
3D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode) on all card transactions
TLS 1.3 encryption for all checkout and billing portal sessions
Tokenised recurring billing for subscription renewals

How checkout works

Select your Titan_CRM plan and number of users.
You are redirected to PayFast's secure payment page to complete checkout.
On success, your account is provisioned within 15 minutes and login credentials are emailed.
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically; manage billing from your account portal.
